1. Definitions

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from opening an account or using vip128:

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 (Indonesian Rupiah)
• Maximum withdrawal: varies by VIP tier (Standard: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction)
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during business hours (09:00-22:00 WIB), up to 24 hours during weekends and holidays
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name
• All bonuses must meet wagering requirements before associated funds become withdrawable
• vip128 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by vip128 are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are promotional credits granted at vip128's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time
• Only one bonus may be active per Player at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met
• Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash

• Low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements
• Using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with recreational play

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after confirmation.
• vip128 reserves the right to void bets if: (a) technical errors occur, (b) odds are clearly incorrect, (c) the outcome is already known at the time of bet placement, or (d) fraud or collusion is suspected.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per Player. Limits vary by sport, market, and VIP tier.
• We reserve the right to refuse any bet at our discretion.
• In the event of a dispute, vip128's determination of the bet outcome based on official results is final.

5.2 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis).
• If an event is postponed, bets remain valid if the event takes place within 48 hours. After 48 hours, bets are void and stakes are returned.
• If an event is abandoned before completion, bets are void unless the outcome is already determined.
• Live betting odds change continuously. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet.

5.3 Casino Games

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair results.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for all slots and are calculated over millions of game rounds.
• Live dealer games are subject to the decisions of the dealer and game host. Video replays are available for dispute resolution.

7.2 Consequences of Closure

Upon account closure for breach of Terms:

• All pending bets are voided

• You are prohibited from opening a new account in the future

7.3 Voluntary Closure

8. Limitations of Liability
